We played fantastic, highest quality game of the season not involving the Cowboys. Unfortunate that it came down to goal kicking.

Big ups for Fisher-Harris. Pretty much carried the team for a little while in the second half. The two tries were a bonus.

Still, we are not a team that is very smart, or that makes the percentage plays very often (the last 10 against the Roosters excepted).

It's so typical that our "nice to have" problem of who makes way for segs and whare will probably be resolved by injuries to two of our better players.

We played well, but playing well and losing is starting to get old.

Brisbane or the Cows would have been clear by 13+ at halftime with the field position we had. We really need to run set plays and sweeping back line plays when attacking instead of the current offload and hope.

I've rarely seen a cutout ball thrown either and it seems we are not a fan of decoy runners.

We are basically a fan of doing not much until we are chasing the game, and then we will throw the ball around and get lucky. We have spirit and raw talent, but lack precision and game sense.
