When i was younger i was into 2pac alot. still listen to his albums sometimes. I sort of don't download rap albums anymore but instead i download mixtapes by DJs.

anyone know whats a good site to check out latest hiphop albums?

DJ's these days, especially american ones, like to shout out during the mixtapes, that shiits me to tears.

hot97 is a good website.

try searching for american hip hop radio stations, i seem to find alot of stuff through there.

if you want the latest ... probably www.rapreviews.com ... they give reviews for everything major coming out and most underground joints ... keep checking every wednesday or thursday for the weekly update

i didn't say i knew the whole of rap but in terms of albums i've bought all of 2pac's albums that he made himself. The stuff people make for him now i think is crap so i don't buy it but i still dowload it.

That sort of stuff...underground, political/spiritual knowledge rap.

It is an acquired taste, but quality music.
