If Will Chambers had a brain and knew Cronk was unmarked on his inside and passed the ball (which would have lead to a certain Storm victory) then does that mean that Townsend didn’t do his job?
I didn't say anything about players losing grand finals, which is the hypothetical you're trying to put forward. I am only talking about grand final winners.

It is. Any time I'm bagging the selection of Jake Arthur it is a shot at BA. However, pointing out his complete lack of ability at a first grade level is also fair, just as it is at any other player who wants to be a professional footballer that plays first grade and isn't up to it. The kid shouldn't be out there because he doesn't have the necessary skills and disrupts the team too much. And yes it's his dad's fault for picking him.
Sure

Well he didn't. A kick that is caught in the in goal isn't an error. It's a potential outcome every time you kick into the in goal.
He was brought on because we suffered a backline injury. Most teams struggle when that happens. Yet as usual the scapegoaters need to find someone to blame. Somehow it's always the backup's fault.
You’re just playing semantics now. Regardless of how it’s recorded on the stat sheet you were referring to him not performing any actions that lead to an advantage to the opposition.
Does thinking that there were better options available to cover for the injury make you a scapegoater now?

I don’t know how anyone could watch that and not think Simmonson jammed in too far on multiple occasions to give saloon passages to the opposition wingers.
Massive coincidence that all these wingers keep scoring down the sideline. Must be because the blokes marking them have no idea. How many did Russell get? I blame Greg Louganis.

BA ran over his foot in the carpark so that he can keep Jakey in the side for a few more weeks...

I wasn’t talking about players losing grand finals either. I was talking about assigning arbitrary criteria to a players conduciveness to win one regardless of whether they had any influence on the result or not.

Every team says this. Why do opposition wingers keep scoring ffs?
How long is a piece of string??? If a tree falls in the forest does anybody hear it??? The shit you post just to try and justify the blatant nepotism of the coach is always very exciting!!

Russell had to work to get his tries. All the tries that were scored down Simmonsons wing were opposition players doing so untouched.
