Backing the Titans today was appealing. I've won f**k all this year since I've stopped betting against Parra. I thought Dolphins and Titans were paying far too much this week. At least I won on the Dolphins.

We had weaknesses last year. We have had them every year. We probably had them in 1986.

I agree we are weaker this year, as we expected. Hopefully we're stronger next year.

I've been saying for best part of 6 months, I'd love Tannah Boyd in our 17. He's no superstar anywhere but can play 9 better than our starting 9, is a better halves backup than anyone we've got in reserves and could easily play #13 role. And kicks goals if you need him to. Probably would cost ~300K. Bargain

But what reason would he have to leave his current club, and come to us?

It's true. We are top four in the NRL for points scored (including per game) but only eighth for defence. It makes sense that we are only seventh in premiership betting.

You are correct, though as we know there are a select few who try to defend the insensible….the mind boggles, this club will not be tasting any glory for a very long time due if ever sue decades of incompetence and lack of commitment and leadership, but the select few who think they know footy, are totally oblivious, this club is all about money and silverware

Seriously, one loss isn't worth kicking the dog over, any more than one win should have you booking World Club Challenge tickets. The Titans have played a few good games this year and that was one of them. They deserve credit for beating us by a goal. We'll be back.
