An accusation in the Sharks forum that we failed to stump a player for the pres of the Johnny Mannah Cup. Has this been mentioned anywhere in our forum? Is it true? Is it a beat-up?
Yeah it was mentioned back a couple of dozens pages… can only assume it was correct as it’s a strange thing to make up. Not sure if it was a communication issue or something, as i doubt we’d intentionally show that level of disregard, considering our CEO had just done the Parra to Cronulla walk with Mannah and other Eels players the day prior

I posted about this, it was not an accusation, it is a statement of truth. Not one Parramatta player, or official, came to the presentation on the ground made by Mr. Mannah.
I've not seen one report in the media about this so I'm gathering everyone must have been fine with it, which I find even more staggering.

Did you ask for clarification from both clubs?

Forgot to tell everyone but I was at the game and it is without doubt the worst suburban ground in the comp. Right up there with Brookvale. Things I noticed from the ground is just how much bigger everyone is and they looked slow although it was a very dead track and the grass appeared to be too long.

Mahoney has amazing service from dummy half. The way we stand in attack however just seems off compared to other teams.

I thought Gutherson was shit and looked very slow. Not his best game. Again Moses showed why he is our best. Dylan Brown is also not utilised to his strengths.

Simonnson has been disappointing in both games now.

This.

The ground didn't suit us at all. Way to slow and heavy. Reminded me of those old English grounds. It bogged down our big forwards way to much. Even RCG wasn't as dynamic as usual. It seemed like we were running in slow motion at times. Most of our players aren't utilised correctly.

Our DH CEO was everywhere earlier in the week when he made it all about him and his battle with lymphoma, you’d think he’d be front and centre afterwards win lose or draw.

The Slimy prick got the gig through back door and nothing I have seen from him has shown he is capable of doing his job. Hearing this pissed me off more than the shithouse effort we put in on Saturday.

nah bra.

When Jakey boy gets on Guth to 9, Mahoney to bench, Dyl to 1.

So not wasting an interchange on a back but giving Mahoney a break.

BTW, I think Paps needs a break during the game too.

Got it. I also think Paps needs a break. And should be on the left. Maybe it was just a purple patch but he was much better there.

If Marata is back, Paps on the bench in the middle I reckon.
If Matto is back, Paps and Nrown in the middle for Junz and RCG. They should give us the go forward when the other two comes off.
I'd just like to see paps on the left edge again because I think it could be the X factor we need.
