Tupou is a wrecking ball. He is the type of winger clubs want. Big fast strong and powerfull.

Unless you have lightning speed like Alex Johnston and excellent skills you're a waste of space as an NRL winger without being 100kgs+ with power.

Well just like any other position, the better players cost more. Under the salary cap most clubs can’t have gun players across the park.

About 1/3 of what Payne is getting paid. Did Payne run for 300m? How much are you paying RCG compared to Stef? How many metres did you get out of RCG, in how many minutes? You had a point?

RCG had f**k all runs because Tigers had all the ball while he was on the field. One game isn’t a real good sample for comparing players, especially with such a discrepancy in possession.

to be pedantic (read correct) you said Tigers didnt know how to take advantage of Ice, but made the point that Stef wasnt worth what we are paying him and doubled down relating it to what Payne Haas does. Stef is on about a third of what Haas is and we get more than that out of him. Based on yesterdays game Stef is worth more than whatever you guys are paying RCG.

Stef is still a kid and still progressing, I would however not be starting him, I'd be bringing him on after 15mins and letting him run into older slower guys like RCG.

RCG was on the field for 60mins and managed 10 runs for 90m. Hopgood managed 14 runs for 128m in less time. Matterson (the merkin) ran for 100m more than him.

Im not making the argument that RCG is not a better player than Stef, old mate just brought up $ value. Stef as a 22 yo kid is worth every cent we pay for him and will get better.
