Due to u sniffing it dry.
I must have missed out on something by never having had the misfortune of "living" at Wynnum.
How do you sniff petrol dry ?
Due to u sniffing it dry.
Read it again, try slowly this time or ask your mum or whatever dresses u in the morning
You dickhead. Suburban based? Like the current premiers? The NRL doesn't need another struggling suburban based side. It needs a team that can draw 20K+ and has been mentioned the Redcliffe brand will instantly alienate it from a large % of RL supporters in the region. If the Moles inside info about the IC only being interested in regional branded clubs is true they are already dead in the water and no wonder they won't spend any money putting a bid together now.
Maybe because you follow Canberra...........Stupid idea
again.... minimalising potential support
If I live in Wynnum .. or Capalaba ... or any other Brisbane suburb
why would I follow Redcliffe ?:?
ridiculous
This argument that the second Brisbane side should get up because not all league fans in QLD follow the Broncos. Is there any League fan in Brisbane that doesnt follow an NRL side?
They are the only Q Cup team without an NRL feeder arangement - I guess they will take whatever they can get. Bombers probably seemed like a good afiliation. Why would the Sunshine coast be behind a 2nd Brisbane side?
The ideal scenario would have been the GC jumoping in bed with teh Dolphins nd having shared owership of an NRL license with Redcliffe providing the jnr's and some $'s and we would have had the Gold Coast Dolphins which would have been much better. Oh well.
There is always one dumb gronk who doesnt get it.Loudtwat... is there any League fan in the Central Coast that doesnt follow an NRL side?
Was there any fan in Brisbane that never followed an NSWRL side before the Broncos were admitted in 1988?
Probably the same team you supported before Captain Cook hoisted the pommy flag at Shark Park. Idiot.Who did you follow in 1947 before Parramatta were admitted to the comp?
Pretty sure the Melbourne and East Brisbane arrangement was disolved awhile ago.
They played against the Ipswich Jets in one half and then against Easts in the 2nd in a trial at Langlands in FebMelbourne Storm will kick start its 2011 pre-season with a trial match against two Queensland Cup sides, including new feeder club, Brisbane Easts.
Probably the same team you supported before Captain Cook hoisted the pommy flag at Shark Park. Idiot.

When - for example - the Raiders were admitted - many Canberra residents were fans of existing clubs, but once they had a local side to follow, they would switch allegiences and follow that local side. This is how the Raiders get many thousands to their games, instead of the locals all preferring to watch Belconnen United, Queanbeyan Roos, Yass Magpies etc, OR following St George, Souths, Balmain, Parramatta etc in the then Sydney comp.
Such a phenomena has already occurred in Brisbane. Hence, the Brisbane Broncos do not suffer much competition for fans from Wynnum-Manly, Redcliffe, Brisbane Easts. Most League fans will follow the NRL in Brisbane, and if they did not adopt the Broncos at the expense of someone else, chances are they will follow another NRL side.
In short, if they were going to follow a local side, they'd follow the Broncos.
Both the Hunter Mariners and the South Queensland Crushers showed that it's pretty much impossible to get local support when there is already a local side.
Oh, and there is not a local side in Gosford, but there is plenty of support for the Bears. That, plus the old Norths territory, represent 1 million people without a local side to support that represents their district.
Brisbane residents already have a local side representing them.
Probably the same team you supported before Captain Cook hoisted the pommy flag at Shark Park. Idiot.
