 Yeah, great comeback.

What I said here, still falls in line with what I said back then.

Feel free to break forum policy to protect Ricky.

You don't know what trolling is. Having a negative opinion of a topic isn't trolling
Ignoring facts and valid argument to continually tout your biased views in an attempt to cause an argument is trolling. Argument is a discussion over differing interpretation of facts. I have addressed and acknowledged Sticky's negatives. You have denied the existance of any positives. You must have slept through 2002 for instance.

El Duque called you out as a hypocrite too I see.
I didn't ask for you to throw a bitch fit and defend a coach who's yet to do one single thing for your club. Yet you did.
The bitch fit comes from you and your rampant insistance that Stuart is a complete failure.

I'm also baffled as to how you expect Sticky to have done anything for Parra when he hasnt even started yet!

I also remember you defending some idiots who thought the Gold Coast was part of NSW. Can you tell me what they did for your club you stupid f*ck??????????
I'm not ignoring his positives, I've acknowledged them & I don't think they'll necessarily suit Parra in the long term.
When and where?

I would have preferred to have seen Parra target an assistant coach from another club than a two time failure such as Stuart. Somebody like a Rick Stone who despite a lot of meddling and distraction took the Knights to the finals & got the best out of what was really an ordinary side. Experience wise, Steve Folks is still playing assistant and I reckon could do a job for most clubs. Biggest crime was out-lasting his welcome at the Dogs, since then he's gone onto help the Tigers tremendously. They went from having one of the worst forward packs to the best. Heck, even Jim Dymock impressed with his brief care-taker stint at the Dogs. Obviously somebody with some experience of Parra, Dymock specialised in attacking football and really experimented with a side that was struggling in attack and got them firing to end the season on a high. Spending some time with Des wouldn't hurt him either.
We went down the assistant coach road before. Kearney - your wonder boy. Remember?
Andrew Patmore, Kristian Woolf, Trent Robinson, Michael Potter...all these coaches I would have been fine with.
Roy Spagnolo apologises for not consulting you first. Going by those abysmal suggestions, thank God he didnt!

But that's all just wishful thinking, Stuart is coach and there isn't any indication on how he'll perform until 2013.
And for all we know, Griffin will lead Brisbane to a spoon next year. Your point?

So until then, instead of making false accusations and throwing bitch fits at anyone who dares to question a coach with a chequered coaching career how about you adopt a modest 'wait and see' approach. I'm sure you'll get your wish and everyone will 'leave Sticky alone!' until he lets his performances speak for themselves.
How about you stop trying to bag a club who is trying to correct a terrible mistake and drag itself out of the worst season it has had since the 1960's? How about stop bagging people who dare to see hiring Stuart as a positive move? And finally, how about you f*ck off and stop moaning like a whiny sook because Spagnolo didnt consult you personally.

Worry about your own club - all that wealth and power, and the only comp you won this century was due to dodgey referees!

loudsrat really doesn't like opposing views.

Called me a troll a few days ago as well , first time someone has said that in 5000 posts here.

The whole point of these threads is for discussion champ.
Then discuss the facts, just not your brainless ignorance of the positives.

At least our club is not seeing a mass exodus of our rep players! But Gus and Clearly never ever achieved anything either, right?

It'd be interesting to see what kind of post you could make if it didn't contain lies, distortions or false accusations.

Look at post #128 where I highlighted Sticky's ability as a defensive coach. That's where he drew his success from in 02-04 and 08. I don't believe it's the right fit for your club as they've struggled more in attack since 2010. I also don't believe Stuart has the credentials to take a club from the bottom to the top which is what fans should be hoping for.

So now every assistant coach is Kearney? Well, if we're rolling with that logic I 'spose you've already tried Sticky. Michael Hagan, remember him? Won a premiership in his first season, was carried by one of the games great halves before being exposed big time.

Point is, wait and see. Don't get your panties in a twist because others happen to have a negative opinion of Stuart. That's a far better and less embarrassing option than making up lies and making false accusations.

And if you believe Diablo, you'd believe anything.

Easy. They would be different than yours.

The attack was pretty good tonight. I laugh at you dictating what we should be looking for. Not only was Spagnolo foolish for not consulting you about coaching choices, but the Blue and Gold Army need to consult you how to think!

For a brainless gimp you sure have tickets on yourself.

Have you worked out what state the Gold Coast is in yet? Should be easy. Postcode for Southport starts with a 4 - thats half the fingers on your left hand if you get stuck............

Hagan got us a few millimeters from a GF in 07 - and probably a premiership. Of course your small brain cant recall that. Nor does it realise who the mastermind is behind Qld origin sucesses - it certainly aint that stupid puppet Meninga - how was his NRL coaching record again? Oh, that's right - worse than Stuarts!

Point is, wait and see. Don't get your panties in a twist because others happen to have a negative opinion of Stuart. That's a far better and less embarrassing option than making up lies and making false accusations.
Your panties have cut off the blood supply to your testicles the moment anyone dares to suggest that Sticky had some coaching ability. BTW, of coaching oracle - how is that backward yokel with the clipboard up north looking tonight?:lol:
And if you believe Diablo, you'd believe anything.
I dont believe you though. Especially when you say you aint trolling. And if you are NOT in fact trolling, I hope someone gets you to the nearest mental health unit quick smart, because all you have proved in this thread is that you cannot remember a grand final between 2000 and 2005!

Just thought this thread would be interesting to bump, just to gauge how much Parramatta & Canberra fans have changed their tune.

Ricky Stuart is a fantastic appointment for the Eels, I really feel like he'll be the bloke to turn things around for them, they'll go close to the premiership in 2013.

Apparently the Eels have allowed some ridiculous get-out clause into his contract. Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

If furner is to be replaced, id like to set the bar a little higher than a bloke who's left his previous two clubs in ruins.

I hear Canberra will be sacking Furner and looking to throw heaps of cash at a coach currently contracted to another under-performing NRL club. Now THAT will be interesting to watch...

I'll hand it to Raiders fans, at least they haven't deluded themselves to the levels shown in this very thread by LolParra supporters.
