As I recall he was coming off a shoulder reconstruction and also had injuries during that season. He was also part of a terrible team where bar about 2-3 players who had above average seasons.

TL will be a flop in his first season with us. Just like every other player who comes back from holiday in SL.

Mitchelle Pearce & Maloney will go guns blazing at the chooks. Add in SBW into the mix (will he play out in the centers or back in the forwards?), and the chooks are easily top 4 material next year.

AsI recall he was bought as a State of Origin class second row.
He was terrible.
Only since changing to the front row has he been anything of note.

Glad to see him re-signed.

Yea, he was crap when we got him, but turned into a bloody good prop.

Fkdeddie probably wouldnt remember...

http://www.stuff.co.nz/sport/league/7280725/Konrad-Hurrell-signs-on-until-the-2015-season

The Warriors have moved quickly to prevent rival clubs from poaching top prospect Konrad Hurrell by re-signing him until the end of 2015.

Initially off contract at the end of next season after re-signing just five months ago in February, Hurrell would have been free to negotiate with other clubs from November 1.

But the Warriors have locked him in for the long term and an announcement from the club is expected today.

Great move. Now, have they extended Packer's contract or not? Inquiring minds want to know!

Awesome news. No doubt many clubs would have been after him. Making signings/re-signings in all the right places.

Yup, happy about this. He hasn't reached his potential yet. I definitely feel he's gonna come good

I saw on Friday night he tried a few "big" hits on the bronco's but slammed on the brakes when they were about to return the favour. I feel he needs to beef up, he's a little on the small side, but at least has a mongrel attitude. Something we miss badly.

I noticed that too. A confidence thing no doubt.
