Yeah. They are professionals, this is their job. They train every day with million dollar facilities so should be able to at least put in for 80 mins a week. Obviously we have to take into consideration some context like injuries etc. but the comment said "don't perform".

Unrelated but did you know the Storm had as many players out (or close to it) as us yet went undefeated through the rep season and the top of the table. Food for thought.

Give us Cam Smith and we do the same. They had ordinary records when he played rep.

We seriously just need to feed those Fijians every time we get a roll on. Just keep going down their side the way Brisbane went at Jimmy two weeks ago and they will eventually get over them.

Also give Waqa clean early ball in good field position like on the sauce try, have him running onto the ball at pace like he did on that try. He’s to big and to much footwork to not f**k a defence up that close to the line if we give chances, Kiks inside him will always attract lots of defensive attention so there will be space for Waqa.

Waqa and Kikau are the new Jennings and Pritchard combo.

Canberra are always tough. I’d be happy with any sort of win. 5 weeks left in the comp plenty of time to build some momentum & make a serious challenge. In saying that we could also possibly fall to shit.

I think the problem here is we are using different definitions for the word "bagging". You seem to be talking about abuse and personal attacks which I agree with you about.

We haven't had to do it before. It was the injuries on top of Origin that hurt. Instead of only 4 out we had 11 at one stage. Hopefully that is the main difference next season

Sure hope so. But the Storm were pretty close. I use the Storm as an example because we should be aiming to be at their level at some point.

I was disappointed we didn't get an old head or 2 before June 30. Judging from Gus' tweets early in the week he realises too and hopefully fixes it

Our older players are currently our worst performers. Our side is also stacked with Internationals and Origin players. The need for old heads is being extremely overstated

Old over priced head you are right. Someone on minimum wage will have the hunger. It is why Tim Grant will be our best signing for a few years
