Cleary is still only 19 and leading his pack around, targetted by opposition and he still trumps FFS.

Surely we can do better with our kids. Yes they're kids, yes they'll get thumped, yes they'll screw up but FFS.

Nighty, Nene and Lafai would've been looking over their shoulders months ago at most other clubs, never mind McCrone. It seems our mob are waiting for our youngsters to get approached by other clubs before making the hard decisions.

I think for the Dragons to win, they need Dufty in the team. Dufty hasn't done anything to warrant being dropped.....but who knows with McGregor.

If Widdop, Mann and McInnes are all fit and not carrying injuries, I would drop McCrone from the bench and pick Leilua in the 17. They need another forward with some creativity on the bench.

I'm sure we'll have saved one of our worst performances for this game. The only thing these players react to is criticism.
In a perfect world they'd react to pressure and encouragement but sadly the players and the club just don't really care as much as fans do.

Yep, all week he's been telling Nightingale and MacDonald to make sure they fly in off thier wing in defence, been working well all year.

What a slap in the face that comment is. What did he have them doing prior to the Titans, Knights, Bunnies etc. That freeloader should have made EVERY game important but his attitude is 4 from 5, 3 from 4 etc. will be enough.

I just hope that their version of urgent attacking football is not the same as how they play when they're trying to play catch up footy. If that's the case, then we are screwed and the error count will be massive.

They need to set the tone from the kick off and play aggressive. They have the forward pack to do it. I wouldn't worry about too many offloads too early. Just have good line speed in D, be physical and kick smart and the rest should fall into place.

Does this mean super coach hasn't been able to achieve this level of 'excitement' until now... when it's all on the line.

The writing was on the wall 3 months ago.. unfortunately the poor bugger is out of his depth... and we are the ones left drowning in frustration, disbelief and missed opportunities.

I know the players will give it all this week.. and I do think they will get home, but how the hell we got to this point is astounding.

Crush its simple Mary has failed yet again with his continued bad tactics, bad selections and just alround bad attitude.

Regardless of what the players say and they trundle out the same crap week after week they have failed to deliver and in all honesty don't deserve to make the finals.

Widdop and Dugan are just two of the serial offenders who have let the team down. Its the most experienced players who have continually made the most basic errors and half the time they don't seem to care.

The attitude of the place stinks and i have no idea how that will change.

It can only change, if the Dragons are SOLD off to a company or individuals with the best interest for the St George Illawarra Dragons at heart.
Only then will we see change at all levels.
No individual could possibly put up with the levels of incompetence that these so called leaders of club have shown over many years now...
