How good was the hit on TPJ by Lawrie late in the game.
I thought he & Host did exactly as needed by backing up Sims so well - big minutes & big plays.

Great win & effort by all players in a high class game. The coaches interchange timings( again ) absolutely abysmal.Players ( on both sides ) gassed 15 min in the second half but 2 of the interchange don't see action until the last 9 and only because Widdorp & Simms got injured. The players win despite the coaching.

Something about Suncorp and the Donkeys brings out our best. For mine, Hunt was superb, forwards were monstrous,Perera a gun. Injuries may be tough I fear- Obviosuly Gaz likely gone for a while, Tariq didn’t look to confident about his jaw, hopefully not a break and Host was limping. All fingers suitably crossed!

Tariq will go for scans to make sure but his jaw and cheekbone is ok. He had to go to the hia but.
And will have to pass concussion test later in the week.
