About 6000 attended, but it was basically an exhibition match versus an Aboriginal rep team, the Murdi Paaki Warriors (I still have the ticket) Thanks to my brother, Souths have remained my second team. I even marched for the cause between pub stops.

Nah, a shot to the head off the ball deserves a long sit down no matter who's involved.
Imo it was far worse than Latrell on Manu. Latrell was reckless, but at least he was making a tackle on a bloke with the ball. Barnett just ironed a player pulling up from running a decoy. If a Panther pulled a stunt like that I'd be saying the same thing.
