Have you looked at the top 25 rather than the top 6-7? The players released over the last 18 months? Our squad is pretty poor outside the top 12-15, depth is a problem.

It's always speculation when it comes to salaries.

However in the 2007 Grand Final - Moanly with no-one else to play scrape home 4-0 against the bye. The bye claim that Moanly's try scorer Janey Lyon was registered with eight other teams including the Grafton Ghosts, Blayney Bears, Lithgow Workies and and Maitland Pumpkin Pickers and should not be eligble to play for the StealEagles.
