For those who cant deal with the fact that this is a "Rumoured" signings thread, and cant function without knowing, maybe you shouldnt read this thread. Its that simple.

So that none of the aforementioned people melt down, the player in question is not in the NRL at the moment. Now surely you can work it out now.

a. Not in the NRL now
b. Not a straight swap.
c. Someone who is going to divide opinion.
d. there is another thread on this player from a couple of days ago. Read up and you will work it out. And it did divide people in that thread.

Why do we need a backrower?

Everyone knows the most controversial players are all backrowers!

Beyond that we don't need a props with Fui, Mannah, Poore, Hindmarsh, Pele and Shackleton in our squad.

Likewise we have a plentiful supply of upcoming outside backs.

All that leaves is halves...and I imagine there could a few eyebrow raising choices there.

It's got to be someone that will create a division on whether it has been a good move or not, so maybe an ex-player? trouble maker? its really hard to pick it out especially when you don't no exactly what position they paly etc...

Im going to go out on a limb and say it could be Carl Webb.
Reason being it is quite obvious as too why it would create mixed emotion if we picked him up and he is a player in the position we need especially for the near future.

Depends if you consider Carl Webb a front-rower or backrower....but I don't think the potential mid-season signing is a backrower ;-)

Everything you've posted about this potential player matches with what I've been hearing. ;-)

It seems like a fairly poor effort that you are calling out people for gossiping and cajoling in, as you mentioned, the "Rumoured" signings thread.

Parra rarely ever gets big name or controversial signings, at least in relation to some other clubs (Manly, Dogs, Souths etc) so of course we are all going to be keen for even the smallest clue.

As for the other bits of pertinent information. Thank you kindly.

What is a poor effort is people putting derogatory comments about Stagger cause he chose to share some information. That is poor. I think the words used were to do with pleasuring oneself.

I couldnt care a toss about the gossiping and cajoling.

BEDSY'S TWO-YEAR PLAN There's been a lot of speculation about Knights legend Danny Buderus returning to Newcastle next season. The Last Word can confirm the 32-year-old is eyeing an NRL return, but it won't be with the Knights, who already have gun hooker Isaac De Gois on their books and killing it. Two years ago, Buderus would never have contemplated playing against his Knights, but the Leeds Rhino is resigned to playing elsewhere. After suffering a biceps tear, knee ligament damage and broken leg since joining the Rhinos, Buderus has had limited game time and shared the hooking duties with youngster Paul McShane. As a result, he says he feels fresh as ever and told close friends and family he is willing and able to play a further two years in the NRL.
