No news that I've heard today unfortunately, just more Stephen Kearney articles.....

EDIT: Thanks to some of our credited sources on these forums, we have heard that the Eels are close to inking a deal with a halfback. At this stage, we don't know who this is or how long the deal will be for.

On the NRL News Twitter, someone asked what the situation is with the Eels coach, halves and when they start pre-season training, and this was the response;
