Yep. Brett Kenny was a good five-eight, no doubt (even a great five-eight) - but he was a centre first and foremost. That's why, in my fantasy, dream-world, best-ever Parramatta side, I would have John Simon at five-eight and Kenny in the centres (instead of Ella). Kenny never had a kicking game, either.

It's good because it puts brackets around everything else that you post.

Kenny would be a centre (or probably a fullback) these days. Halves just don't get the one on one opportunities they used to before the 90s.

When I was a kid, Brother O'Flaherty always used to tuck our shirts in for us.

#standards

I remembter when I was a kid we used to line up for our yearly health checks.

Probably 5 boys in a line. We had to drop our daks and a pretty blonde nurse would examine our tackle. I also remember that there would be older school girl there as her assistant.

They should have these mandatory tests at work now.

This Kid along with Moss are meant to be something special. Will be interesting to see how they develp, but ive heard there best Jnrs to come out of club since guys like Gower Alexander and co

If you put your hand up to be the WHS rep, you can insist on conducting weekly (or even daily) free-from-infection tests on your co-workers.

Not a jury in the land would convict you.

You hear about dozens of these merkins every year. Most never play first grade.

However Penrith's NYC team won the comp last year so statistically they should have four or five NRL players appear out of that crop.

Then again, you know I don't put much faith in statistics.

Like brooks and his defensive issues. Sounds familiar

Well we get to rave on about guys like Tanginoa and Pauli Pauli so is only fair. I mean ive heard people say Tanginoa is bet thing since Hindmarsh. But he could be another afmassaga or Hurakai.

Penrith are a little more modest too in the guys they talk about about being stars.Generaly they don't talk everyone up like us parra fans seem to do.

I have seen both play a little. They do looks good. And Nabouli is like our radarardra IMO. The other guy worth Mentioning is Cartright who I didn't think a lot of tbh but people seem to rate.

He is an amazing player. Far superior talent to Moylan as a fullback.
They'll get used to calling his name!!! (He seems to have been playing u20s forever anyway so they will manage)
