Some Sydney clubs have already allocated their cap increase egg manly some have other positional priorities eg Canterbury sharks

But we should be in just as good a position to sign tariq as any other Sydney based club if Sydney is where he wants to be

It depends, since some player contracts signed a couple of years ago had those percentage clauses (that the contract amount increases in proportion to the overall cap increase). Which is why Penrith off loaded players like Coote, Grant, Lewis etc. So some clubs will already have potential cap increases tied up in current contracts.

Unfortunately Joseph Paulo suffers from brain fartitis causing him to confuse 5th tackle plays with first or second tackle plays. It also causes him to sometimes believe he is a member of the Harlem globe trotters.

Ben Roberts suffers from a similar form of this disease.

Exactly. Paulo was a good signing in 2011 when the only risk taker we had was Hayne, but now we've got Sandow and Norman (and a weak pack) we'd be better off with a more physical, more direct player in the 13 jersey.

Pou, I honestly can't see him being retained with all the young forwards coming through.

I like Edwards at lock for us. Nice and aggressive in D and he offers a bit of ball playing ability as well. It's a shame he copped the injury, was building some momentum and can see him getting better and better with more game time.

Sims would be a great pick at the right price.

A starting backrow of Mau, Edwards & Sims sounds awesome.

How about Tanginoa? Just about any forward can play in the middle. Especially if you don't need 80 minutes out of them.

We have plenty of young talented options. It makes sense that Arthur's is looking at bringing an experienced hard merkin into the pack.
