Couple of things I haven't seen posted from this weeks RLW magazine.

The mole is saying we will announce the re-signing of Gower within the week.

Sio is expected to decide his future within 2 weeks, parra being his preferred choice but he has had offers from other clubs.

With the recent promotion of Fabian Goodall to NSW cup and the re-signing of Vai Toutai you'd think that Kenny would be looking at his best opportunity to play regular first grade football and at the Dogs he might be able to play fullback every week.

I'm really warming to Gower. He's a very well-spoken man and he's playing great footy. Good on him!

He's going on 27 next season and ooc end of this year.is also a flyweight

Not that much of a miss

Of course he's not much of a loss. He's a backup player no matter where he goes. But in two and a half years (the end of De Gois' current contract) he'll be 27, whereas De Gois will be 32.

That said, De Gois is a better player right now, and right now is when we needed a backup hooker the most. In future years Peats might never get injured, and at least next year we also have Pritchard in the squad.

Hookers been a bit of a problem for us. Can't believe Keating and Pritchard were going to be our solution. Seems like a real lack of planning was done for a few years on such an important position. So glad we bought Peats.

But Degois has already shown he can play above average NRL level from dummy half. The other bloke hasnt managed that yet, is a powderpuff, and is old for someone who cant crack firsts. No guarantees he would suddenly improve.

Both risks, maybe degois safer one?

I thought Issac was good today, he'll fill the gap nicely. Can't believe we persisted for so long with MK.
