Not referring to the $900 - $3k corporate partnership one - that is simply an introductory sponsorship level for Small to Medium businesses.

The Premiership Club is $30,000 entry fee I am led to believe.

I hope so, but who is driving this thing? I mean who are the business heads behind it all??

As for Moss not wanting to report to the Football Club/Board, which they suggested was needed to ensure compliance etc at the NRL and Moss saying that he doesn't report to anyone, or similar. I say bull.

This is the guy that has brokered billion dollar deals, with some of the most intelligent finance/business minds in the world, that can be as prickly as anyone to say the least and our board are implying that he couldn't come to a satisfactory agreement with these imbeciles to strengthen our club and ultimately make millions of dollars available to our players from outside of our clubs own resources. Hmmm...

Yeah right and I'm going to bed Scarlett Johansson tonight, right after I kick Niki Minaj's backside out and onto the curb.

Yes a shellharbour sharks junior. Not sure why they want a transfer fee, considering he is off contract this year and doesn't appear to be in their plans.

they want reimbursement of some sort, i'm guessing something like swap merrin for docker and dragons pay the differential.....i would too if i was in their shoes, they can dictate the terms to the dragons. they don't need merrin this season, not on his full value.

Prior to announcing the launch of the Premiership Club mid-2014, the club approached the NRL and outlined how it was proposing that the Premiership Club would operate and with the agreement of the NRL announced the launch. I dont know the specifics of this but it was obviously dealt with correctly at the time and was not designed to be similar to the Thoroughbreds.

TPA's are not as cut and dried as some people think:

So even though the club doesn't arrange it and the company is not related to the club, the club still has to know and report on these payments and seek NRL approval.

Of course the Premiership Club might just be a way of getting the maximum out of local business for the Marquee Player Allowance.

Yeah so? I get the rules and so do all the other NRL clubs. The best run ones though have made sure that they have links to the big money bags that are available. What have we done???

All that I can see, is we finally had someone that can make this happen from that elusive rich list sector, that can be our go between the worlds of haves and have nots and what do we do? Put it in the to hard basket and let him walk. Well played once again.

Can you name the big money bags that are supporting Roosters and Bulldogs for me please?

go to the link to the chooks board and have a think about the networks aligned to their board execs. best in the business

Not disputing that and not disagreeing with the fact we have definitely been behind the 8 ball for years in this regard. Personally I think the Emperor had a lot to do with where we are today and it will take another 10 years for us to reach the heights of the Roosters in regard to Board Members. One thing that is certain however is that we are more advanced down this track then we were 5 years ago.

I'm guessing Sonny Bill Williams and James Maloney didn't appear on the footy show for free... Maloney as a regular host

Right, so because Nine sponsor the Roosters does that make any payment he gets for appearing inclusive in the cap?

Maybe he doesn't get paid..m he just gets a job after footy
