There's still a few deals/decisions to be made for 2026. It's a jigsaw. The below is from a site I don't actually trust but it's a guide.
It's also reported they are in negotiations with Oregon Kaufusi, Ronaldo Mulitalo and William Kennedy, while Jayden Berrell, Billy Burns, Kade Dykes, Mawene Hiroti, Niwhai Puru, Chris Vea'ila and towering winger Sam Stonestreet are among the other players off-contract at the end of 2025.

Players can become available very quickly.
He would be a risk rumoured to be staying but hasn't put pen to paper Cobbo.
If all of a sudden we decided he could be a fullback option in 2026.
Cards can fall anywhere quickly, and we are now known as a club who signs players without rumour it just happens

I thought we might have added some back row depth. Outside of Billy Burns is there anyone else that could step up if needed? I'm not really up to speed with our young forwards that haven't already played top grade.

Talakai would be coverage for backrow, maybe Blake Hosking.
Puru would be a potential option as well
I think that area after the trials we will see.

I don't know if he could handle it but Tooks if we can get his minutes up, I like how Bellamy would play NSA in the backrow spot now and then to try and kill the halves

I reckon halfback Puru might end up a hooker by the end of the year

I think we've signed a back up centre. Eli Clark. Saw it on Insta but haven't seen any articles or confirmations yet

Interesting.
If it's true it would indicate Vea'ila and Gabrael aren't ready yet, and Hiroti is unlikely to get called up.
It would also seem Sifa's days covering centre are over.
I'm down with that.

Ronnie bring “shopped” to the broncs. I’m assuming his manager has approached them to get an offer than to come back to us.

I actually thought he would of been in more demand and not needed to be shopped around?

Or, Ronnie's going.

Collateral damage and rightly so. The fact he hasn’t been signed yet says a lot.
Not a hater, but breaking the bank on players causes mayhem, unless your Melbourne, Roosters and his likely destination brisbone

Vea'ila is next in line for sure. He was 18th man a number of times and Fitz I think mentioned he was looking to try and give him a run at the end of the season but couldn't make it work.

I liked this part of the Ronnie article

Mulitalo is expected to re-sign with the Sharks, but the fact the Broncos have been approached suggests he is exploring his options on the open market.
www.dailytelegraph.com.au%2Fsport%2Fnrl%2Fnrl-2025-matt-lodge-signs-train-and-trial-deal-with-st-georgeillawarra-dragons%2Fnews-story%2F81e8d5f72dadaccc98bafdba4d3d5c65&memtype=anonymous&mode=premium&v21=GROUPA-Segment-1-NOSCORE

Basically we have no f**king idea what he is doing but here is the story anyway

And why would you on a winger that couldn’t tackle his grandmother?

You mean our third-highest try scorer of all time?
And at a better strike rate than those above him?

Agreed I wouldn’t break the bank to re-sign him, but if one of our two senior wingers has to go, it ain’t him.
