Good teams lose players I get that, my point is we haven’t won anything yet. Losing great depth or premium bench players brings us back to the field. When we have won a premiership then these blokes deserve the big bucks and pay day. All this does is reduces our window imo. A bit of loyalty being shown to the club that gave him his shot too wouldn’t go astray either.

Yeah sure but I’m not so convinced that all the deals we do are in our favour. At some point the players say, “yeah thanks for you help but I’m going for the money” which is fine, but don’t expect the fans to be happy about it.

Just on forwards coming through, I was underwhelmed by Tuku the other night.
I know he didn't get many minutes, but he really didn't make any sort of impact that I recall.
Not sure that he's being used correctly.

“If we wanted to keep a player we would have” makes no sense whatsoever and is designed to make fans feel better.

Otherwise it can only mean we didn’t put an offer in to retain him.

How it actually played out is we offered what we could and he said yeah nah seeya and the Fitz Mooney thing is not really a thing.

If he goes yes I will be annoyed, but let’s not make it out that it’s all good and we’d have kept him if we wanted him.
