I remember earlier in the year Toohey reporting that Wighton's manager had approached the Knights about a move before the season started, so there may be something to it. He's on a big contract in Canberra though so not sure if we'd have enough $ for him and Mann without Canberra chipping in substantially.

Beyond that he's been loud and proud on social media (IG - you can probably still find it on reddit) for how proud he is to be a total non factor in his daughter's life despite his ex repeatedly shaming him on SM for his deadbeat-ness... that's searchable... outside of that he was very much a part of the Fergo sideshow and his reputation around town proceeds him.
