Club can’t just ignore that either. He definitely does! His whole career has been like this. It seemed like he found some decent consistency for us, but for him to be as bad as he has is really shocking.

Haha did you?I'm not dragging you anywhere, you plonked yourself there by looking down at others while being equally as clueless. If not moreso even - I had to educate you on the cap and roster situation.
I hope that includes movements in the coaching department.https://www.foxsports.com.au/nrl/nr...p/news-story/75c5a18796471a6356cc4c5b31dbaf94
" the Knights face a roster overhaul in the next few seasons to give star signing Ponga the support he needs to have success."
“I think we will see a lot of movement at Newcastle over the next couple of seasons,” Anasta said.
100% long term this is the solution - along with identifying and keeping the right talent and developing them into NRL players. What we really need is a huge focus put on our juniors and lower grade systems. Fixing the issues properly is going to take more time then we want to acknowledge
oh he seems very cuddly to me, is he a hard ass? I would be very surprised.Clifford needs a cuddle more than anything and unfortunately AOB isn’t that sort of coach.
He’s pretty angry. I watched a training session in the pre season and he gave poor Jacob Kiraz a brutal spray about his positional play in defence. A few weeks later he was at the Bulldogs.oh he seems very cuddly to me, is he a hard ass? I would be very surprised.

You definitely need the right balance that’s for sure. Don’t know what O’Brien is like all the time with the players but he can deliver a spray.Kiraz looked pretty good last week..
and people just don’t respond to angry. At least not without more love than anger.
sounds good, I suppose the persona at the press conferences doesnt match the man. He’s pretty angry. I watched a training session in the pre season and he gave poor Jacob Kiraz a brutal spray about his positional play in defence. A few weeks later he was at the Bulldogs.
Well it does illustrate the delicate skill required to be a modern day coach and manager of the new generation of adults.Kiraz looked pretty good last week..

Bee in my bonnet? Have you been a douchebag prior to now and had me call you out then as well?Haha did you?
I know you have a bee in your bonnett regarding me cause I dare call this fanbase out on its hypocritical bullshit but f**k me you're self deluded
Nope. You just had your usual sook at a truth bomb being droppedBee in my bonnet? Have you been a douchebag prior to now and had me call you out then as well?
he should be spraying himself for picking Crossland everyweekHe’s pretty angry. I watched a training session in the pre season and he gave poor Jacob Kiraz a brutal spray about his positional play in defence. A few weeks later he was at the Bulldogs.
my issue is not so much that we dont have 2 top line halves more so than we don't have a recognised half outside of Clifford and Clune period. This season was set up to fail the moment we couldn't replace Pearce with an experienced half.
Like it or not Clifford is not a leader and is a good secondary play maker. That's fine, there's room for that. But we don't have a halfback to lead the team. Clune was bought as a reserve and that's all he is. He is bad and you don't want him starting more than maybe 6 games a year as cover.
We obviously pursued Brooks hard and missed but given his form I think he'd have struggled here too.
We need a half with Hastings' f**k you attitude and the talent to back it up.
Combine this all with losing Brailey who's incredibly important to this team and we have 1/2 our spine as reserve grade quality, Clifford then regressing and we're left with KP looking around for any kind of support.
He's probably not even an angry guy normally, he just coaches the Knights the poor bloke. He’s pretty angry. I watched a training session in the pre season and he gave poor Jacob Kiraz a brutal spray about his positional play in defence. A few weeks later he was at the Bulldogs.
