It's hard to express how big Graham would be for us. He would be the equal of Matt Scott before doing his knee. Graham might even have an extra year or two in the tank over Scott, having come to the NRL late and not having put his body through years of Origin football. Graham is the kind of signing that just might make a few others on the market have a serious look at us. Maybe.

It'll renew my faith if we get him, but I'm trying to not get my hopes up. We've been here before, recently even.

To be honest Graham's best years are past him IMO but still his experience and profile would be really great for the club.

Only Matulino, but that wasn't going to happen after he failed a medical.

Good on the Tigers though, I've got a soft spot for them .Swapping Woods/Moses/Tedesco for Matulino/Reynolds/Lolohea is trying to make the best of a bad situation, and maybe they can move forward without the circus now.

Thing with the Tigers is that they have cards that we don't. Coach and location, players played under Cleary, played under his system. Someone like Reynolds doesn't have to move.

Shit sucks.

Lolohea would have been an ideal pickup for us. Yeah he's still young but he is a lot better than both our halves and fullback.

Lolohia would have been good if we didn't already have Ponga coming

Otherwise he's a winger and that certainly not what we need

Even though he's turning 32 in September, I still feel Graham is a really important signing. As has been said, we need an experienced leader up front that has a positive influence on the younger blokes. If we sign him I'd aim to sign another experienced prop who's in his latish 20's along with a half. All of a sudden we are starting to look like a much more balanced team.

I was one to be a supporter of Stockwell after he played pretty well when he first arrived here, now I'd be delighted if he left. When's his contract running out because he was on pretty good cash from memory?

Really feel sorry for you guys.
You need to sign a couple quality players, plus some promising juniors. Throw in some mid range journey men, and you'll in with a chance.
Heard you were after Graham, Bulldogs would have to offset the wage, so u could get him a bit cheaper.
Good luck..
