Ohhhhh...... ASH Graham. Was thinking Phil Graham from the Roosters. Ash isn't half bad.

Between Uate, McManus, Mata-Utai and Wes (and kev if he is signed) there are plenty of wingers.

And if worse comes to worse, Benny could do another Simmonds and bring back a guy like Craig Hall or Justin Ryder lol.

Jake Friend would be a handy pickup, given he is quite young (21??) and has years of footy ahead of him. Would be an upgrade on Degois IMO. However, there is no benefit signing Graham as we are already well serviced in the backs for 2012.

Dragons not idle during bye

BY BRAD FORREST
07 Jul, 2011 01:48 PM
ST George Illawarra Dragons will use the bye week off to re-sign players for next season and beyond, under new coach Steve Price.Having lost Jon Green, Adam Cuthbertson, Michael Greenfield and outstanding utility player Alex McKinnon after this season, Price and his team moved to sign heavyweight forwards Will Matthews and Jeremy Latimore this week.
Latimore, the Port Macquarie junior who started in the Sharks lower grades before joining the Eels, has been playing with the New Zealand Warriors the past two seasons, tallying 31 NRL games.
Matthews, 23, is contracted with the Gold Coast Titans but has agreed to join the Dragons on a two-year contract that will see him remain at the club until at least the end of 2013.
The versatile former Kyogle junior can play in the front and back row and made his NRL debut against the Dragons in round 16 of the 2008 season.
Matthews and Latimore will join the Dragons in November after premiership-winning coach Wayne Bennett has moved on to Newcastle.

There has been no real mention of Cuthbo or Greenfield with Mckinnon almost a certainty but would be good if all 3 were heading up the F3

Remember the days of Craig Hall coming off the bench as an 'impact' player? One of Hagan's finest.

The Broncos game 2004? I wouldn´t be surprised if MOM went to Kidley or Buderus nabbed that one. That was the start of all the Kidley to half hype as he kicked that awful f**king field goal in GP. It was also the start of Buderus´ run of awesome to the Dally M. He threw that amazing no looker to Hall where he flipped over the tryline.

Craig Hall went alright for a RAAF Park Footy player. Definately was not our worst winger.

He wasn't awful when he actually was played at winger, though I have a feeling had tried to play him in the backrow a few times, kinda like what Stone did with Wes and it was even less successful.

Compared to our current backline options though, he was pretty sub par.

The dummy on cutie was better imo. That was one of the best dummies ever!
