Yea, good point whoever comes from the Storm to us would probably play like a reserve grader tbh, but his a big body would have served us well.

I think we'll have enough big bodies in the squad next year between Vave, Evans and Meehan. With Vave playing well the couple of times he's played in first grade for us we really only need someone to come on when he goes off. There's absolutely no way that we would have gotten value for money from NAS.

I saw Lane playing for the Blacktown Workers a few weeks back. Despite being named at prop, he played most of his second stint at centre. He's a cat. All he did was run at Jeff Robson who cut him down every single time he got the ball. We picked him out in defence numerous times.

Lane may have more talent than Tep (he doesn't) but Tep has a few things that Lane will never have: heart, courage, and a good attitude.

I noticed that too...

I cannot believe anyone would suggest we swap tips for lane it's almost laughable

Other site put up an interesting article regarding Matt lodge wanting to return to Sydney.

Would anyone consider throwing him a nrl contract?

Or BA. He would fit right in, in eels colours.

Yeh.

On a serious note, I'd want a thorough and independent psychological assessment of the bloke. There's every chance that he's a psychopath....which our other jailbirds don't seem to show any signs of. But maybe his mum just wouldn't let him have Coco Pops for breakfast.

Moeroa is playing exactly as required by his coach. He has far greater ball skills than being exhibited as evident throughout his U20 career. I thought he had a great game vrs The Storm with his miss on Bromwich being his only error that I recall. Teps is a fantastic contributer and will get better.

Yeah, but he doesn't run over blokes like Taumololo does, so he's hopeless.

I just wish my wife was an LU member, that ignore option would be pretty handy

Get a universal remote control like the Harmony series. You can name all the devices that you wish to control (e.g. Fox IQ, PVR, Wife). Just point it at her when she wants to discuss soft furnishing during the footy.

How ordinary was Tepia Moeroa again against a very weak Melbourne storm. What a useless palooka.

I would love to trade him for someone like Shaun Lane from Manly. Now there is a player with size, ball skills and work rate that I would love our coach to put the effort in to make him a consistent star player. Lane has so much more potential then our talentless lump Moeroa.

Boy do I hope that these Manly salary cap rumours are true and they will need to offload a player or two. I would jump at him in an instant. Or better yet we should offer a straight swap of both players. Two birds one stone.

Give him time.

He will develop a combination with Moses, and he will start to look like twice the player.

Already Moses has made his edge forwards look more dangerous in attack, imo - I've no doubt that given a full off season training side by side, that Teps will benefit from it.
