Or it sounds like the current structure in the media department wasn't providing the optimal output required and the exec in charge of that area decided to update the structure. In the process they decided the incumbents were not suitable for the changed roles required and hence they were made redundant.
Do we even have any execs in change of any areas at the moment?

Only Bevvy?

Wouldn't you think such a change would be better made by the new CEO rather than a temporary administrator?

What people have to remember about Hayne potentially playing at 6 is that he hasn't trained there for a full off-season before which he will do if we sign him to play 5/8.

You guys are f**king funny. Arguing over a player that hasn't played at our club in almost two years.

Arguing over his potential signing for next year, in a position he may or may not play in, for a club he may or may not play for (eels) in a code he may or may not have any interest in (rugby league).

We have an Acting CEO (Bevan Paul), a COO (Craig Beed), a Head of Communications and Brand (Joshua Drayton), a Manager, Membership & Consumer Business (Larissa Paegle) and I am not sure who else.

You are assuming that Max made these changes.
For all we know, they could have been made by whomever they reported to and been in the pipeline for a while.
Not everyone reports to the Board or the CEO.

Brown.... But i doubt he is on the chopping block

I am not that big a fan of reynolds
I'm not either but he would perfect with Norman. Solid defence, great kicking game, and should be a lot cheaper than the elite halves.

But with Keary gone there is surely no chance they'll let Reynolds go.

Reynolds in a heartbeat, would be a perfect foil for Norman and would fit our structure down to a tee.

Having a goal kicker of his standing would be a huge bonus.

Curious as to why we are sacking staff or "restructuring":when we are not in any financial difficulty. I thought Mad Max's job was to set in place good governance ie: the board and management.

The leagues club is in no financial difficulty, but the NRL team is far too dependent on the leagues club, meaning its board is unable to be sufficiently independent.

Umm, restructures are not always driven by financial benefit. Sometimes they are about improving the overall performance of a company, adapting to changes in business operations/processes, matching competitors structures, increasing governance, etc. There are lots of reasons companies restructure.
