No. It’s on par with 2013. This season is one of the worst many fans have had to endure. We’ve still got players on our books we’re looking to offload, players being paid mega $$$, picked up a spoon and playing some really boring and dumb footy.

I said the bad outweigh the good re BA. I never mentioned comparing years. But again, we’re on par with 2013. Meaning no better or worse.

I am not 'guessing' that a new coach will fail. I am making an informed prediction based on what history has already told us. That is much more sensible than hoping a new coach on their own will magically result in long term success. Unless a new coach is properly supported it just wont happen.

I am also not 'guessing' that there are front of house issues. We had a salary cap drama which resulted in a voluntary administrator appointed. That person was meant to get some constitutional reforms over the line which have not been entirely delivered. We have a review happening at the moment and the inside information from those who are in the know is that the review will point to some significant front of house issues in relation to resourcing, roles and responsibilities, finances etc etc etc.

Isn't it great. A review. Unfortunately it also could be to show the fans they are looking into it and making changes, just to cover their own ass.....

I think our situation isnt as dire as people make out. I think adding Fergo and Jnr and Lane along with a fit roster, less injuries and some luck along with an attack coach and head of football for future recruits puts us into finals. No idea how much money we have but if we offloaded MJ and found a replacement along with a bigger winger then GJ plus a 2nd rower who busts line we are top 4 and title hope.
Dunster and Parry perhaps could be internal answers with MJ and Takas salary used for a boom 2nd rower.

Take out 4 of Roosters forwards and play our team with the 7 above in it. Add fact guys like Mahoney and maybe Kafusi with some experience. I think we know who wins. It is reality.

So your now asking or suggesting I have a mental illness cause of my post. Your suggesting we have problems in management. I reckon if we made top 8 there be no suggestions managment problems up top. So what my sugesstion is, we make finals in 19 and somehow problems resolved upstairs. When a teams winning everything is fine.

From my observation we seem to.

I can see juniors coming through now. And havent signed any old men yet.

Sometimes to kick start a club you have to sign oldies till the juniors flourish. And yes I am basing it on Panthers mould.

Only took Arthur’s four years to lose the whole dressing room so Flanagan could take a decade before he wins his first spoon with us.
