Perham is a 5/8.

Russell is a fullback, but can serve his apprenticeship on the wing, for now.

We lack experienced depth. Penisini has only played 5 games. Russell 2. Simmonsen only 43. Naiduku or Komolafe aren't options imo.

He's experienced, but he makes more bone-headed plays, than good plays.

I'm not a fan.

I feel like the best player we have in the backs in NSW cup is Opacic. The question is what we want to do. And when will SIVO be ready.
Simmonson is not a meter eater. To be fair Haze isn't either but they both make ok yards.
If we moved Waqa there we weaken a position but maybe have the best 17. If Sivo will be ready by May it may only mean 8 games or so.
I think however I'd lean towards Russel. He is young and promising. Is Dunster a whole lot better then Russel? I'd say not. It is sad for Haze tho cause he most likely now starts 2023 in NSW cup with maybe another few options infront of him also. This was his chance to cement an NRL spot.

Sivo still does take some great carries. I think why fans get upset is he will do maybe 2 where he runs full steams and bowl guys over followed by 6 or 7 where he just jogs up to the line but probably still makes the same as what either Haze or Russel would tbh.
There is always a couple of genuinely strong hit ups by Sivo carting it up where he makes 15mtrs plus and has a red hot go. That's why he is frustrating.
