Not bad, but that is way to easy a kick for the long distance kickers and they would almost always be able to kick it.

It would be a little bit like a sack in gridiron. They are waaaay too easy to get. You would get a sack every single time.
EXCEPT that the offense commits 5 or if they arent enough sometimes 7 players to stopping them which makes it a cool battle.
The D might need to play with 3 sometimes 4 defenders back to make sure they don't happen.

I agree the Cowboys spine were better and they did it by being less involved and letting their forwards do their job. The same thing our spine has been doing all year.

On the flip side Penrith won all 3 grades and took out the SG Ball comp.

We got hammered in all 3 grades. But we showed consistency scoring one try a piece in all 3 grades.......

I think it is concerning. We always had strong kids in Flegg and SG....
So we've been told no point yet the strong clubs seem to be going well.....

Absolutely.

Plus, we were in that boat 15 years ago, or so - winning every SG Ball, Jersey Flegg, and Harold Matthews comp, and it didn't really result in much.

Well Benji is a dope and I’m not. He’s thinking about what’s best for Dylan Brown, not what’s best for the team. He also had enough games doing f**k all behind a beaten pack that he should know there was no guarantee Drown would’ve done anything against the Cowboys strong defence on Saturday.

Bellamy moved Inglis from 6 to the centres and won a grand final. Surely we can afford to play Dylan Brown at centre until we get some more outside backs on the field. I’d replace Perham before dropping Arthur.

He only moved Inglis when he found a first grade quality 5/8 who had played in multiple semi finals and grand finals plus origin in the halves. He didn't replace him with a Jersey Flegg quality player who has no business in first grade.
