Solves a cap problem - I mean - player welfare comes first. We wish him all the best in his recovery (playing for someone else).

If you limit it to the top 17... with th eloss of Foran, Paulo, Peats, arguably Watmough, then perhaps not.

You can only really use 31 at the most of that 42 anyway.

At full strength i reckon he will play in the middle. Injuries might see him move to the edge. Good that we have Scott, Tep and Pritchard who can play middle and edge

Scott seemed to play in the middle more last year later in the year with Moeroa moving there after he came off.

I reckon Moeroa will play solely on the edge, being replaced by Edwards.

Scott will start and Frank the tank will replace him in the middle.

Frank will play more of a "lock" role rather then a "prop" ( yeah there is a some difference).

But then BA does like having a hooker on th bench.

I'd say so, from the bench, has a off load in him too. Well he did.

True, but my comment was about the depth of the club as a whole, and of coyrse there is a second tier cap we need to abide by.

I would argue our top 31 is better than last season, our top 17 about the same. Maybe the overnight loss of Wicks weakens the top 25, at least until Pritchard is announced. but I think we're looking better as a whole - happy with our recruitment and retention.

With Tolman, Klemmer, Kasiano, Eastwood, Tim Browne and Graham in the middle he usually played on the edge in a rotation with Williams and Josh Jackson

If the NRL are fair dinkum about drugs, thean every employee from the NRL would also be part of the testing policy including the CEO. At all times, not just work hours.

he doesn't have a get out clause - he would need to be granted a release to return to the NRL before his contract is up.

12 game suspension. Will be picked up by another club on cheap.
As for Shark they will re build with Holmes at fullback and find a winger who will do a job. Barba was good this year without being outstanding.
