He didn’t bash anyone. Talk about weasel words. Not all violence is the same. Tipping a drink on someone is DV now. Worthy of a fine and suspension but not sacking. Not like you to use weasel words Pou.....
Kenny Edwards played 27 first grade games for Parra after pleading guilty to bashing a woman.
Again, he didn’t bash anyone. That was no problem for Parra, they were quite happy with that. Parra couldnt cop Edwards running from the cops and sacked him for that eighteen months after he bashed a woman.
And he didn’t reoffend. He was rehabilitated.Parra signed Auva'a after he pleaded guilty to domestic violence, again, Parra had no problem with it.
No he committed a violent act at Parra as a minor, after we signed him from Souths.AFB left Parra to go play with Dragons. He was contracted to Dragons when he committed his violent act.
Not like you to use weasel words Pou.....
Gil McDougall is Mad Dog McDougall's father...He scored two tries for Wests in the defeat of Parra in its first ever SEMI-FINAL appearance. Wests won 6-0. It was 1962 - and Parra was without Ken Thornett who had returned to Leeds to complete his contract.
Isn’t one of your players up on a murder charge?Jeezus!!! When you get let go from the club that signed Auva'a and Edwards after pleading guilty of DV, for being a shit bag, you know you need to reassess.
I loved that era of Parramatta....It was a time when pride in the Club was on the surge with the supporters who had never even been close to a semi-final. In fact, it took until 1960 for Parra to even be selected for MATCH OF THE DAY status - a Saturday game at SCG.. (Lost 52-0 to the great Dragons team...) Ron Boden was cc, and Paul Pyers, who was seen as great buy, had his jaw broken by Norm Provan early in the match....Gil McDougall is Mad Dog McDougall's father...He scored two tries for Wests in the defeat of Parra in its first ever SEMI-FINAL appearance. While the Mayor was at the back - Parra won 7 and drew 1 - and lost none. After he returned to England, the team lost five straight - four in the 'home and away' series, and the semi-final..BUT we all knew at the time----The Sleeping Giant was Awakening....
That's fair and all, but Kenny was a cheeky merkin and liked to pretend he was cramping up! What a rascal! Not like you to use weasel words Pou.....

Ironically Tooks is probably fitter these days. The big unit runs marathons… and isn’t that big any more.hahaha cute...
the reality is Schuster wouldn't even be fit to tie Tooks shoelaces.
yeah, i thought we gave him a low ball offer

Wasn’t that Sandow? The best was when he ran away from the police abandoning the car.
I was there that day and we got smashed as you can see by the score. My father bought me a first scorer ticket and I had Raper and I think it was Wright. Raper scored the first try and very late in the game Parra received a penalty right in front. They gave the ball to Wright which made me excited. Unfortunately the ball never got off the ground. Boy that Stgeorge team were great.I loved that era of Parramatta....It was a time when pride in the Club was on the surge with the supporters who had never even been close to a semi-final. Or Tim Smith trying to (when he was playing in England) - the video footage of that isWasn’t that Sandow?
Didnt Kenny edwards do a drug test saying his name was Kaysa Pritchard and ASADA bought it originally.
Only got caught later on and got suspended for it.
