SULLIVAN’S NEW HOME

Dragons young gun Jayden Sullivan will reportedly join the Bulldogs for the 2024 season and beyond despite being contracted until the end of 2025.

The 21-year-old signed a contract extension in 2021, committing his future to the Red V club.

However, following the 2022 season Sullivan reportedly requested an immediate release from his contract before he changed his mind to stay at the Dragons.

The young halfback was reportedly left disgruntled after halfback Ben Hunt re-signed but has featured 12 times this season before suffering a hamstring injury in Round 19.

According to The Daily Telegraph, Sullivan will join the Bulldogs next season with Kyle Flanagan joining his dad at the Red V club.

That is despite the signing of Titans young gun Toby Sexton in an immediate switch and paying a $500,000 fee to acquire Broncos prodigy Karl Oloapu.

WTF are we doing? Not saying this bloke is the answer, but we are f**k arsing around, without a 7 option next year, just boggles the mind.

Agree we r fkg arsing around however we can’t compete with the satanic Gould & the Laundy groups obscene wealth for decent players.Additionally there r other way more attractive clubs who r constantly looking for elite players especially those that play in the spine.Fact is we r in major trouble. We have glaringly serious holes in our roster clueless coaching staff & a diabolical front office with the most cringeworthy & imbecilic chairman. The NRL should be seriously considering obliterating this pathetic rabble & transfer the license to an organisation who deserves one.

I'm sick of waking up in the morning and either reading no WT news or bad news.
WT are a basket case so I'm filling my head with positive stuff and distancing myself somewhat from WT.
I'll watch each game but refuse to let them get me down anymore.
As I'm sure you all know that they are capable of making one feel depressed and angry so what's the point of letting that happen.
Wake me up when this nightmare is over.

I think you will be setting a record for the longest sleep in history.
Parramatta hold the record of 6 wooden spoons in a row. By the end of next year we will only be half way there.

The writing has been on the wall for a decade. The trio of Marshall, Farah & Sheens and now coupled with those two in the front office has just ignited the fire to nearly an unrecoverable position. The club needs a serious restructure, and quickly.

Backwards and downwards is our motto.
We will always find a way to go one step worse.
I'm sure there motto is "We spit in the eye of success"
It's like they don't know or want success, let's just make it all up and work on our excuses.

Someone once wrote on this forum Nutz.

You can check-out any time you want,
But you can never leave.

I think we have all checked out many times over the past dozen seasons, but here we are again.
Ha ha, well said mate. Sometimes I think the head office doesn't deserve supporters like us OTT.
Yep, here we are hanging in there since the sixties, maggies and tigers shoulder to shoulder.

Bennet didn’t want to come, getting quality coaches is a problem, when you sack blokes every other season.
Even those who didn't believe in Madge would have to agree with you that no quality coach is going to come anywhere near our club until the board can demonstrate it can give a coach the time and space needed to fix this place.

The club messed up badly by not keeping Potter, but they got a second chance with Madge, a chance which the board squandered by sacking Madge just as the cap was getting under control, just as he had signed a real halfback and was attracting some quality players to the club. The board should have followed Parramatta's example and supported the coach they had so he could turn things around on the field, in the same that they supported the CEO to turn things around off the field.

But now there's no point getting behind Sheens. He's publically stated he'd only be there for two years to give Marshall time to take over and there's no guarantee Marshall will be any better. So the club may end up having to sack one their favourite sons as well and will have to start all over again, instead of challenging for a finals spot like we would have been this year under Madge.

TWT instagram stating we have shown interest in Brodie Croft, the name rings a bell, but can’t say I can recall much about him?

Seek, and you shall find:)

Though I wish they would keep these things secret until they actually sign?

I think he was factory, but better than what we have now.

Signed until 2030, that’s a massive transfer fee.

If Tim and Benji are interested, they have to get through Fulton now and.. I’d say his thoughts on the issue would carry significant weight these days.

But I’m not upset we are sniffing around.
