We would get 50k vs the riff if it was at ANZ on Friday.
I reckon 65-70k tbh.

Someone on the main board reckons it would only get 30k because Roosters v souths only got 30k in 2019.

Please comparing Roosters fans to Parramatta fans is just ridiculous. Roosters fans attend 2 games Anzac Day and GF if they make it.

Weather will play a part too. Unfortunately, it's going to be a wet week so 50K hardy souls is our best hope atm.

So mixed feelings now ?
No change from me. I will consider it a massive failure if we don’t do something during this finals series. All our key players are healthy and in great form and we’ve finished top 4. Previously we’ve had Cameron Smith blocking our way to the grand final but now our roster is competitive with every other team in the finals (except the Rabbitohs but there’s no reason why we can’t turn that around). I’m very hopeful we’ll make some noise in this years finals because this is the best opportunity we’ve had since 2009 to make a grand final.

No travelling to Melbourne as well will help.

If we do play the pricks it will be on our turf for once.

We should be beating this Melbourne team more often than not. Their best players in Munster and Grant are probably the best players on the field but overall we showed last night that we are a superior side. This isn’t the same Melbourne side of yesteryear. The scoreline didn’t reflect our dominance over them.

Yep I am not scared anymore of Melbourne last night showed. We have beaten them in the last 5 H&A games. Our power game is too strong for there ageing pack.

Hughes will help there attack he is more dangerous then a plodding Cooper Johns but he can controlled.

we are the parramatta eels mate. Melbourne could very easily bounce back or we could just as easily self implode.

We are now the bookies second favourite for the competition. With the injuries to Manu/Papenhuyzen and Cameron Murray the draw is opening up for us nicely. You could say in the past we’ve been outclassed by the top sides but this is no longer the case. Even if we lose to Penrith in week 1 the next two games are more than winnable. We really need to take advantage of this golden opportunity. Here’s hoping we can make our first grand final since 2009.
