Starc just bowls dumb and with no real intent or threat. He has no bowling plans or methods.

Hence why he is suited to shithouse forms of the game like T20 and modern ODI's

Countering the post is a bit too difficult for you ?
I'd love to sit around and chat all day about the virtues of what a great team man Watson is with his number 1 fan but I have work to do. You think the sun shines out of his arse while I think he is a lazy self absorbed knob who Australian cricket would be much better without. Deal with it.

Why has Kumar only come in now? Has he been injured?

While he's only starting out, he's averaging better than most of the other Indian quicks.

Starc was soft in Brisbane. Warne was an arse for pointing it out as he did, but it was there. I would have thought this one is a big test in his career. Behrendorff is coming to get his place in the pecking order.

So, suggesting Watson is ordinary is blasphemy (on the basis of 50+ tests of evidence), but you buy into the plastic genius's shit and that's ok?

Starc is not soft - that's flat out stupid. As twizzle suggests, perhaps he doesn't get to play enough, he is in one test and out two, and really has never established the right line and length - he certainly has the ability

Can't believe they've dropped Pujara for Raina/Sharma - no doubt Ian Chappell and Shane Warne will like it

I really dislike how similar all the pitches in this country are becoming. Sydney isn't a drop in but these days it doesn't offer much more than Melbourne.

No Dharwan (injured?) either.

This Indian team has a "lost the series, let's build experience" feel about it. If Vijay/Kohli don't continue their form I'd expect them to get rolled fairly comfortably.

Warner's going to get a hundred today. Sometimes luck just goes your way, especially with a guy who goes after bowling like he does, and I think the first 20 minutes is a bit of a sign
