We have to adopt the same attitude as Manly - completely ruthless and acting in self interest. They have no money and yet are consistely strong because the focus is on results. We can't waste time being good corporate citizens while we are getting left behind on the field. Another bottom 4 finish and we will start to get the same smell as Wests, pre merger.

Sign Carney, structure the team to take advantage of his talent and we might start getting somewhere.
