I think feleti offers more as other have stated, has the kicking game, and can play in the halves as well as the backrow. His defence is a bit of a problem though.

SBW to me, while he is a tremendous player, seems to just get involved only when he wants to. Sometimes he looks like he is not bothered playing, that's what i see though. Mateo goes looking for the ball and loves to get involved.

Mateo for me, he is also alot alot alot cheaper and less injury prone.

Mateo for mine, SBW is a freak but the injury factor is huge

The question is who would you take on your current team considering all factors, therefore if your team may require a 5/8th you may prefer to go with Mateo, or if your team has plenty of cap space then SBW may be the guy, just trying to get people to consider all factors. SBW is currently on a much bigger salary than Mateo so you may see more value in Mateo + first grader vs SBW.

Well some may believe that a combination of Mateo + First Grader has more value than SBW, they may not be saying that Mateo is a better player than SBW straight up.

Well its stupid. If your comparing two players I take it to mean which player is better. If Parramatta was offered a straight swap of Mateo for SBW along with the swap of salaries they'd take it in a heartbeat.

You are not comparing 2 players in this thread mate - you are choosing which player you would want for your team based on ALL FACTORS!!
