I will start by saying feel for the fans of the Melbourne Storm. However, as an organisation what a low pack of soulless cheating merkins. I often had a symbol of no integrity and always said the melbourne storm were a soulless club without integrity.

The Storm now need to be cleared out totally and started from scratch. A message needs to be sent out that those involved have been absolutely removed and the Club is focused only on rebuilding.

out of match day hospitality bills and giving it to the players as extra match day payments.

the storm fans have a right to be outraged. ive got a good mate who's a storm fan and he's gutted. i couldn't imagine what this would be like. its very unfortunate for this to happen. you as the fans are the ultimate losers.

the players and coach. well.
i would say some would have had an idea. some wouldn't. shattering for those who tried so hard.

its obvious that certain ex melbourne officials were completely dodgy. the nrl have acted appropriately. hopefully these people are punished appropriately.

every team that lost to this fraudulently assembled crew has a right to be outraged. from those who played and lost to them in grand finals to just general losses. 2 pointers that meant you missed the playoffs etc.

this is a huge stain on the game. forget stewart. forget bird. f**k. forget the 02 bulldogs. this was highly orchestrated cheating on a mass scale over multiple years.

im disgusted.

I agree. They may last a few more months but I think this will be the end of the Storm.

Storm fans are definately the innocent victims in all of this and I feel sorry for them.

Ultimately no one wins and all the good work that has been done to sell the game in melbourne is undone by a few players and and cheating administrators.

And while some people are questioning the decision not to allow the storm to earn anymore points this year. How can you possibly give a team who has become what it is cheating any success this year, reagardless of how hurtful it is to the fans.

I actually think it might be better we forfeit this year altogether in the NRL. Play only NSWRL and Under 20's.

that is the dumbest thing I have ever read on here. Real fair on the 15 other teams who play by the rules.

The timing of this is extraordinary. Just days before the Storm debut at Swan St. Could hardly be worse.

Also timed spectacularly poorly for the next TV rights deal. All you merkins from north of the Murray who are celebrating this should know that it will likely impact your club's bottom line, as it's going to be really hard for RL officials to push Melbourne as a vibrant part of the league for the next five years.
