At first I thought the SBW strip decision was a dud against the cowboys and the fox sports replays indicate that. however, they fail to show the other angle which they do in the replay of the game and it was a clear strip.

The last call of the game was correct, a clear knock on.

Peyton Manning would have been proud of the pass leading up to the cowboys 2nd try, absolute disgrace.

The most perplexing thing about this is that most of the whinging is from souffs supporters.

Well done on your 100percent fluke win!

Enjoy it. You would have been very worried last night

Geez there are some absolute halfwits in RL land.
Even Thurston admitted he agreed with the decision

I seem to remember SBW "forcing loose" a ball from the hands of a Penrith player last week in far more blatant circumstances which was ruled a Penrith knock on.

Where do you stand on that call?

Not sure you understand what fluke means... :sarcasm: And that disturbs me because it's a pretty basic word in our language.

Worried is also probably the biggest understatement of how I felt last night.

Pretty blatant strip by Sonny... relevance?

Yeah I'm sure that at 30-30 you were calm as a convent and you weren't calling someone to come and clean up all the F bombs you were dropping. :sarcasm:

It was incorrect which I stated last week. What?s your point?

Thankfully I was blind drunk so I wasn?t worried at all.

It was always in the bag ;-)

To be fair though the Cowboys wingers geniused, 1 minute to go Roosters defence scattered as all f**k take the tackle spread the ball and score or if it goes to shit plot a field goal to level it up instead of a stupid wild pass to no one.

f**k the Lui incident. the officiating was awful again last night.

what gets me is how touchies just stand there most games clutching their flags as if theyre gripping their c**ks while watching the game like a supporter as if they're watching internet porn, but then one decides he's going to step up in a major final.

many touchies should be able to rule on forward passes every week. many should be able to be in the correct position to rule on this, but most are overweight 40yo's who can't keep up anywhere near play and just get a thrill being on the field in an NRL match.

and the obstruction was awful. but like a lot of merkins in fandom, the refs considered that the play didn't lead to a try so it wasn't considered important.

4 sets of eyes officiating a rugby league game each week, and important decisions are wrong each week, or made with no conviction because the they rely on the video ref to get it right.

get rid of this two ref malarky, and get touchies to be integral to all the decision making on the field. if something happens close to the sideline or he sees a pass go forward, then he raises his flag and calls it f**kin!!

I'm jack of this game being officiated into the grave.

This is possibly the biggest load of shit I have read in this thread. That is certainly saying something

I'm guessing you are the overweight merkin who wouldn't last 10 min as ad touchy

Knock on everyday, some of you would like to ignore the knock on by Melbourne last week as well just so you get the big moment.

Cowboys were all set to cry conspiracy regardless of the result and they did the same thing the last two years because they are sore losers.
They had good reason both the last 2 finals series'.

You have no idea what you are talking about. Roosters starting forwards tore the cows a new one in the first 30, and once again managed to dominated the last 20 despite all the pressure. It was only our useless bench and brain explosions from Mini and the refs which gave the cows a sniff.

It will all be sorted next week. Roosters will be back to full-strength for first time in a while. Souths overweight forwards will be calling for oxygen masks at the backend of the game.
sorry, but you are no chance on the form of the last 2 weeks. souths won't miss 40 tackles like 3 weeks ago.

tbh I dont know why the NRL wastes money paying touch judges anymoe. Every decision is made by the video ref anyway. They seem incapable of seeing onside/offside, if it is a knock on or strip, or if the player went into touch and the ref 99% of the time sends it upstairs regardless. The game could save money by dumping them if it is going to use video refs as prolifically as it does at the moment.
