I will have to see the footage again but did his knee come into contact with anything? If it was just his shin I don't see how he can be busted for kneeing. In fact he definitely can't. You also can't say he had intent to knee Prior the way Bird kneed Marteene. I'd say he had every entention of shoving Prior with his shin in exactly the way that he did. If he wanted to knee or kick him in the head he would have.

Well according to the Fox Sports highlights he kneed Prior in the chin. Funny thing is the footage that went along with that comment clearly showed contact was with Priors shoulder

Prior was sitting up and Tahu pushed him back down with a shove of his knee to the shoulder. Are we really advocating him being suspended for that?

TBH if it was up to a certain element of the fan base pretty much every player would be permanently suspended for anything and everything.

I don't care how hard Tahu kneed the bloke, the intention was there and we need to rub that s**t out of the game.

Unfortunately though, a soft precedence was set with the Hayne headbutt incident.

... or the Thurston kick to the face in origin?

Tell me you think the Thurston kick was an intentional kick to the face, and not a strike at the ball. Tell me you think that Hayne headbutting someone or Tahu kneeing someone is comparable to Thurston's kick.

And I will laugh at you.

Clearly reading and comprehension are not your strong points.

What intention? The intention to touch the bloke with his knee - oh no!

Prior gets off scott free by you clowns for sticking his finger in Tahu's eye though?

Prior is a wannabe tough guy. Tahu's action was a more aggressive version of what Faas did when he stood over him after belting him 15 minutes later "Sit your bitch ass down"

It was dumb, but it wasn't an MMA knee to the head - just a warning nudge if anything, just the usual LU clowns banding together like sheep to hate on one of their favourite players to loathe by exaggerating everything they do wrong.

Holy f**k. BM has said some dumb shit this week, but you're at least competing. Carbon copy of last night's game really. BM beats you in golden point though

A 'controlled action' that saw him placed on report and his team penalised whilst in possession close to the opposition's line.

So referencing BM makes you right? Instead of arguing any of my points?

Which is what an aggressive, warning nudge deserved. Nothing controlled about it, it was a mild Tahu brain snap. He's capable of much worse and we've all seen that. Doesn't mean he gets 'rubbed' out of the game for an extended period because something mild he did reminds us of past incidents.
