He's played 7 throughout Matts, Ball, NYC and ISP. But he plays the same game regardless of the number on his back.

He's a Kiwi, he stated so on the "Talk in Parradise" podcast. He is of Samoan heritage though so he may start his International career there.
Cool. Thanks.

Look forward to watching him develop.

And the penalties, boy did they go on about penalties and how great the Panthers were because they "had no ball". Nothing about their pathetic discipline or when they had the ball how ordinary they looked.

There could've been more penalties blown imo. They were lying all over us in the ruck, tackler moving through the play the ball rather than going around. We dominated them in the ruck yet their play the ball speed on average was about .5 seconds quicker than ours. They were intentionally sloppy, it's the storm/roosters plan of trying to give away so many penalties that the ref has to either stop blowing them or they attempt to even it up later on in the game.

The refs better not slack off in round 1, otherwise they'll be allowed to get away with murder in the ruck.

Having the balls and skill to try dumb shit is the definition of creativity. Look at these highlights from three years ago:
That's a highlights reel though (and a pretty unimpressive one at that). It doesn't indicate his level of success when trying to be creative. I'm not questioning his willingness to take risks, but I am questioning his skill in that area. He's got the pace advantage over Cleary though, which can lead to opportunities to create.

Guess it depends on what people mean by a "creative" player. Plays are created off the field, not on it. For me a creative player is the one who then chooses the right option on the field. They see what's in front of them and then play off that.

Moses does that sometimes, that play with Will Smith in the Titans and Storm game to me is the perfect play. Kenny Edwards ran an unders line which kept the inside defence from sliding, Smith is running a standard sweeping line then right at the last second cuts back in.

Moses is a risky player, works well when he's confident and the rest of the team is on the same page. A creative player is still good when they're down on confidence because they're smart in taking the right option.

Well he has vision and pace. These are valuable traits in a player's whose job is to create opportunities. He plays a different role to Cleary, whose highlights are even less impressive:
Moses is the player you need in a team that lacks spark in the spine. Cleary is the solid option in a team full of attacking talent. Ideally you would have both types of player in the team.

The player whose job is to take risks will make more mistakes. If he made fewer mistakes his team would score fewer tries.

Thought Moses went ok in the trial apart from 2 poor long passes (which were on, but executed poorly).

He had some nice runs, don’t recall any real miss tackles or poor kicks.

Probably one of the reasons Drown looked good was Moses did a fair bit of the “game management” side giving him the freedom to run/attack

Agreed, he is going to need to play at a Andrew Johns level every game to change the minds of many on here.

Unfortunately with every mistake we’ll get the usual crowd calling for his head.....

Just needs to fine tune a bit. Get rid of those hail mary passes for a start.

When he puts on a play that doesn't go his way like a poor kick he follows up with something dumb and gives penalties. Its almost like he is having a tantrum.
His defense is also dreadfull and so is his goal kicking. And team mates I dont think respect him.

There is 3 areas he needs to work on that Cleary does not.

Or is he just trying too hard to make up for his mistake?

I've got no particular love or hate for Moses, but I do think he's a great example of people seeing what they want to see.

I think his defense is not so bad these days
