Can't pick Lane - apparently at the Warriors it takes at least an off season and more than 6 rounds for combinations to develop...

Realistically, the only changes the coach gonna make is Manu for Wright and Thompson for Hurrell. He'll also add Lane and Sao to a 6 man bench. Sao is a favourite/ pet project and Lane V his old team.

Like he keeps saying in the presser, he's pretty happy where they're at but just a tweak or 2 needed.

Worth a go, Robson wasn't working at all and Lolo was being wasted on the wing.
Could be a disaster but something had to change.

Fus worries me unless he's fixed his terrible defence.

Vete hurt?

Shuffling of chairs - guess the Johnson/Lolohea halves was worth trying, but too scatterbrained imo

Bench is useless - Lillyman should start imo, Gubb's a liability and two backs

Who knows, one game wont change anything - if he suddenly thinks that's the halves pairing then he has to persevere with them.

Is Hurrell officially a prop/middle forward?

I would like to see what this team is able to produce. fair to say patience at head office will be running low if we get another shit performance.

Only change that I would make would be Sao in for Hurrell.

Put Hurrell back to reserves until a centre spot opens up. Wasted on the bench as an impact lock/prop for 15 minutes a game.

One thing that was so painfully obvious was that we missed the runs of Manu last week, without him denting the opposition on tackle 1 or 2, our props are pretty ineffective with the exception of Matulino who can't be expected to do it all on his own.

Lolohea has done everything that was expected of him, didn't drop his bundle when he was put on the wing and as a result has earned himself a recall in the halves. The current version of Johnson is that of a distributor so a running half is needed atm, which Tui can provide.

I'm coming off Lillyman, he's a player in the Graham, Tolman mould but with half (maybe two thirds) of the workrate with no offloads and doesn't seem to be the leader in the team that he should be by now (ala graham/tolman).
