Why would Arthur drop Sandow to reserve grade, then bring him back and play him at fullback (which didn't work out too badly - I thought Kelly was pretty good at half and Sandow showed enough to maybe keep the thing going for a few more games), and now move Sandow back to half-back? Is there any rhyme or reason to this, or is it purely due to salary-cap issues?
If it is the latter, can anyone tell me how the salary cap is a good idea?

Why Pick Kelly in the first place if a) he knew we were approaching the 2nd tier cap? and b) Kelly had been playing shit in reserve grade anyway.

Why did Arthur say Sandow will be spending 2 weeks in nsw cup if the 2nd tier cap was about to bust?

No it doesn't f**k our cap any more. We got an exemption to play him while a) Someone was undergoing remedial driving lessons and b) Hoppa was ineligible for SofO reasons. Do you reckon the confirmation of Peni's diagnosis might have had something to do with the removal of the exemption? We are now down a forward for the rest of the year, so presumably we have asked to be able to bring in an additional forward. Sepha, given his alleged ability to play in the backline, and Top 25 spot has been drafted in.
