I hope there is an all-in just in front of where he is sitting in the stands. Would be torture for him to sit and watch.

Don't worry, Thaiday would jump the fence once things were settling down and blindside someone.

Grade two is where Thaiday's tackle should sit, but it makes an absolute mockery of Uate's Grade one let off during origin.

Worse than the Taylor one imo so whatever Taylor would have got without the weighting (presuming Thaiday doesn't have weighting?)

Sam Thaiday charged with dangerous throw

BRISBANE second rower Sam Thaiday is in serious danger of missing the opening weekend of the NRL finals.
The Broncos Test forward has been slapped with a grade two dangerous throw by the NRL match review committee.
Thaiday will miss a minimum of two weeks unless he beats the charge at the judiciary.
The Queensland and Australian second rower was charged following a lifting tackle on Manly forward Brent Kite in the second half of yesterday’s game at Suncorp Stadium.
Even with an early guilty plea, Thaiday will be suspended for two weeks. That means his only hope of playing is to contest the charge, although that could mean he misses three matches if found guilty.
The Broncos, who open the finals against the Warriors on Saturday night at Suncorp Stadium, are certain to be without fullback Josh Hoffman. Hoffman suffered a knee injury in the first half of the win over the Sea Eagles.

Does Kite ever show concern when the grub is lifting his knees in every tackle?
I can't stand Kite either, and personally I couldn't care less about the tackle. Was just pointing out that Thaiday made himself look worse than he could have.

Glad he'll miss week one of the finals anyway... though he will be back for the 3rd week if the broncos make it...
