So Australia is still a sporting nation? You just don't have any of the world cups you used to? Whereas NZ has two and goes further in the cricket world cup? Is that what you're saying?

Are you going to bring up Bradman as a recent domination too, because you don't dominate without McGrath and Warne, and they retired a while ago.

As for union, I prefer league, but Laurie Daley admits himself that Union is a complicated game and that league is a simple one.

It's complicated because it makes no sense, league requires much more skill.

As for cricket, the world cup, is ODI's guess which side is currently ranked first in ODI?

So should we base how good a team is based on one ODI series that was played last year, or base it on the most up to date team rankings? Say the former and lose more credibility douchetard.

As for test cricket guess who's ranked higher, Aust or NZ?

We might have five times the population, but that's fine, we will win more than five times the amount of medals at the Olympics again just so you don't have to be confused any more. When you take into account our investment in sport is less than double yours, that makes us a lot better than you.

So you can't answer my question of the last time NZ win a test cricket series? I honestly don't think it's happened in my life time.

Errr NZ won a test series this year. But what is more important is that they made the semis of the Cricket World Cup, when a country 5 times the population and probably ten times the budget could only make the quarters.

NZ is not a cricketing nation. I reckon touch rugby is probably bigger than cricket in terms of participation. Cricket is, or used to be your national sport. But that could be origin now. Seeing NZ cannot beat you at origin.

A douchetard? Wow, I really am touching some nerves by bringing up Australia's failing on the biggest stage of international sport, aren't I?

So 3 world cups 10 years ago, to none now. NZ has two and went further in the other one. I think lil brother is showing big brother up. Quick, call all NZ'ers douchetards, it will make you feel better.

But go on brag about your swimmers. You going to the swimming? Awesome, swimming on tv. Must watch. So exciting. I mean someone might drown.

You're not actually debating my points, seriously it's like asking a genius what the time is and them responding with what type of watch they have.

You're not touching a nerve, I just never realised you were this thick.

Nobody buys into that "per capita" bullshit you keep spewing.

By using your shit logic, USA should be top on the FIFA rankings because when you look at it, Spain who currently sits in 1st has a population of 50 odd something million, compared to the 310 million odd in USA.

USA also is a super power and probably has over 10x the budget of Spain.

The difference is Spain is a soccer crazy nation while the majority of Americans treat it as a minnow sport.

Now, what is important is Australia beats NZ on nearly every major team sport ranking table except for...Yawnion where Australia is 2nd anyways.

We do fairly good individually also *cough* Cadel Evans *cough*

Fact 1: when your cricket team gets bundled out of the most recent world cup earlier than NZ with a far bigger budget and a greater population,
Fact 2: nor defeat them at home
Fact 3: when your union team gets trundled out of the world cup early by NZ, with a bigger budget,
Fact 4: when your soccer team cannot go undefeated like NZ in pool play of the world cup, with a bigger budget and far more professional clubs than NZ,
Fact 5: when your league team can't seal the deal in the final and loses to NZ, with 15 times as many professional clubs, and a far greater budget

I guess origin is one thing that cannot be taken off you by NZ, a nation of 1/5 the population, no matter how many Kiwis are selected to play.

Is Australia still an international sporting nation?

You answer with cycling?! Cycling. OMG, can I really watch some cycling? Do you prefer watching cycling live or on tv for the better camera angles? Are you a registered fan of a cycling club? Do you know people who are? Whats your favourite, velodrome or road? Cycling is exciting. I guess the 21+ day event is the for the purists. Such an exciting sport. I mean, they might fall off their bicycle! Love going to live bicycling events on the road. Such a thrill, watching them cycle past.

Still can't answer the question When NZ last beat us in a test series? Have you beaten anyone in a series that wasn't Zimbabwe or Bangladesh in the last 5 years?

Lol getting butthurt I see. It's no surprise really, when you live in a insignificant toilet like New Zealand.

New Zealand scrapped in a fluky draw over Australia, yet you seem to forget that you haven't beaten us in god knows, 20 years? we won 3 world cups in that time ffs. Fact.

In Rugby League you've beaten us twice in the last 7 years. Fact.

We consistently rank in the top 20 in soccer, and perform much better on a world stage. I have to go back 100 rankings to find NZ. Fact.

Don't even get me started on the Olympics either.

Origin is not dead in Australia. International sport is dying, though. Three world cups to none. Seems like a decline to me.

2005, 2008, 2010.

You've got nothing. You cannot even count.

Can't even go undefeated at soccer opening rounds. Go watch AFL. You're good internationally at that.

A grand total of 3 times. Way to go, must be proud of the world champs.

Sorry for not counting your 3rd win. Really, I am:roll:

You must be pretty pissed that we think Origin > International RL yet we still beat your ass to a pulp

its ok cliff, it's hard to remember when nz have won, because it's extremely rare

3 international series. NSW have not won an origin series in that time. You better be a Qld supporter to say that is "rare".
