Question: If you won one of those lottery homes on the Gold Coast, would you keep it or sell it?

I'd sell it...not a place I'd want to live, but happy to visit. For coastal places I'd much rather NSW Sth Coast, 30kms+ either side of Bateman's.

Yes, though Tuross was the specific place I was thinking of on that side of Bateman's. Bawley Pt/Kioloa on the other side.

No idea in terms of temps, and it warms up later in the year, but in first week of December the water at Racecourse Beach (near Bawley Point) was quite tepid.....can differ with the ocean current though.
