Mike Mayock is sounding like the favourite to end up with the Raiders GM job...

We may suck on the field... but with Gruden and Mayock we would make the best draft programs.... :joy::joy:

In all seriousness... before every draft season 2 of the things I look forward to the most is Gruden and Mayock’s phone conferences... :joy::joy:

Pretty f**king wild if they end up in the same war room with 5 1st rounders in the next 2 years... :joy::joy:

Grudens Super Bowl victory came before his TV celebrity. I don’t need to remind you of his record since his return to coaching.
Still the same amount of Super Bowls as Jason Garrett... :joy::joy:

The funniest part about you is the fact you have the audacity to deride the Raiders for selecting a ‘Television Celebrity’ as GM...

At least our GM actually earn’t his Job...

Remind me again how your GM got his job???

Ohhhh that’s right... Daddy gave it to him...:rolling_eyes:

He’s as bad as that f**king imbecile with the bowl cut who hired Mayock & Gruden.

Still 10-6 looks a lot better then 4-12.

JerryJones is GM of the Cowboys, so he gave the position to himself. His son Stephen will eventually inherit the position.

10-6 means exactly the same as 4-12 if you don’t win on the first Sunday of February... :joy::joy:

And stop bullshitting... we ALL know Stephen handles all the GM duties for the Cowboys...

own up to it mate... you threw stones at us for hiring a TV guy and forgot the fact that your GM only got his job because Jerry didn’t pull out in time... :joy::joy:

Officially Jerry is the GM of the Cowboys. Until that officially changes that is how it will remain. But of course as GM in waiting Stephen will have some input with decisions made.

Should Dallas lose next weekend then our record will read 10-7. Which means we would have finished the season with 6 more wins and 5 less loses then the Raiders. 10 and 7 or 4 and 12, I know which record most fans would prefer their team to have. Which one would you prefer your Raiders to have?

A lot of comings and goings in the head office at the Raiders in recent times. Let’s see if I have got it right. Gruden is head coach/general manager, Mayock is assistant general manager and Grissom assistant to the assistant manager who assists the coach/general manager. Sounds simple, everyone knows their roles. Gruden must be the most powerful coach in the NFL at the moment.

On a more serious note. Where will the Raiders be playing next season? There seems to be a lot of doubt they will be playing in Oakland, and their new stadium in Las Vegas will not be ready until 2020.

The Raiders receive the 27th pick of the first round from Dallas for the trade of Cooper. I think both teams will be happy with the outcome of those trade.

Hopefully the rumours are true and we end up trading the Coop pick for Antonio Brown... :joy::joy:

are you suggesting that Brown is a better WR then Cooper?
I’m saying i was sad to see Coop go...

But if we were to basically replace him for who many believe is the best wideout on a contract that’s looking better and better every time a new WR gets signed...

I wouldn’t be upset...

But realistically... we weren’t willing to stump up the cash to pay a superstar we drafted... I don’t we will pay that type of money...
