Depending on how Dallas finishes the season, Garrett could be gone come season end.

Rebuilds take time, the biggest hurdle Gruden will face is the morale hit this team is taking.

Against the 9ers it looked like some of those guys flat out quit. A couple years of drafting/FA can turn over a roster quickly, but in the short term he needs to make sure the guys he does keep or bring in are setting the right example for the next crop of draftees.

From the outside looking in that locker room looks like a less than ideal starting point for any new recruit.

That’s the point though... your looking at this season.... he thinks we need to rebuild. So he’s looking at least 3-4 years.

He traded away 2 of our best 3 players.

I thought it’s been pretty quick TBH... they started a documentary on it..
I think the Raiders are probably one of the only teams that could make Vegas work... they have the biggest fan base in LA... they will get people who travel from the Bay Area and LA.

And for away fans you’ll find that the @Raiders game will become the big game on their schedule to attend... the whole weekend in Vegas thing...
