Dragons impressive but still have to question whether they're peaking way too soon. If you don't leave any room for improvement then it starts to become a pretty hard slog by the time you get to the latter rounds.

This dragons team still has plenty of improvement in it. While yesterday was a good win, there were defensive errors and handling errors.

Definitely. We still need to improve our right-edge defence. Too often Nightingale is having to come infield and leave his opposing winger unmarked. We had the same problem last year. I remember Semi Radradra scoring four tries against us. While we do have the best defence in the league, we are still conceding 13.5 point per game.

It’s true they dropped the ball a lot. But I’m talking about intensity more so than errors. Experienced coaches like Bellamy will gradually build the intensity and peak when it counts. Can Dragons do the same? It remains to be seen.

I’m predicting a loss each week so I must be getting closer.
I was surprised after the south’s game that we got up. I was them surprised we were up for the Anzac clash. I wasn’t surprised for the storm because they are the benchmark.

We are definitely due. And Souths are the right type of team to do it.

I thought the storm were ready to tear us a new one in the first half. We hung on by a bee’s dick. They could have had a decent lead at halftime if it wasn’t for bad final passes or crucial mistakes at the wrong time. Thankfully we brought our a game to the second half.
